Pricing Policy

24 Hour Stock Guarantee

Every Order is receives a 24 hour stock guarantee for each item in the order where we must convey the planned date of ship for every item within 24 hours. If we fail to provide the lead-time within 24 hours we will give another 5% discount for the item(s) that’s lead time were not provided within 24 hours.

Subscribe & Save

It is the feature on the website that allows you to choose an item and its schedule delivery frequency by weeks, months, or annual quantity. From there we will contact you regarding the price in which we offer for the proposed frequency. See terms and conditions.

Why Discount Every Order?

From time to time, we enter into Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) agreements with select suppliers in order to pass along certain benefits to our customers. According to these agreements (details vary from vendor to vendor) we can sell an item for any price, but we may not advertise that item for an amount less than the Minimum Advertised Price, which is set by the supplier. In exchange, we get advance notice about newly released products and early shipments, as well as favored status with the world's best brands. While we abide by our MAP agreements, we always ensure that you pay the lowest price.

Payment Verification

Occasionally we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and ship-to information are legitimate. This verification process is for your protection, rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple phone call (which can be done after business hours) or fax communication.

If your order requires verification, we will advise you by phone or email. This is why it's important that you provide multiple contact phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current.

It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card-issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that they are even occasionally necessary, but these steps are designed to safeguard against credit card fraud and identity theft.

Sales Tax

Local Sales Tax: We collect sales tax on orders shipped to any state which requires that local sales tax be added to the order total on remote purchases, including any shipping charges. These taxes are not VATs and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.

If your order is shipping to an address in a state which requires local sales tax collection on remote purchases, local sales tax will be automatically collected unless the account is registered as tax-exempt. We are legally required to report certain purchases to the local state taxation department. Please check with your local government to see if your purchases are subject to a use tax.

Tax Exemptions

Government, education, nonprofit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations online. Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms are between you and PriceCloser.com, and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PriceCloser.com relating to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the PriceCloser.com website is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the PriceCloser.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms below carefully.

Benefits

The Subscribe & Save benefits discussed on the Subscribe & Save details page and Frequently Asked Questions page are part of these Terms. PriceCloser.com reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges, and the seller). If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will get your authorization for us to fulfill your order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations.

Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Eligible Purchases

Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to items displaying the Subscribe & Save offer message. Subscribe & Save is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United States. Some eligible items may only be available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Your participation in the Subscribe & Save program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.

Subscribe & Save discounts and any Subscribe & Save limited time special subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Subscribe & Save item information pages, and then only if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates.

All returns under Subscribe & Save are subject to the PriceCloser.com Returns policy. View Return Policy & Instructions.Subscribe & Save subscriptions are void where prohibited.

Payment Renewal

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item order total on the day that order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax or shipping charges.

The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, the order will be put on hold until you provide a new payment method.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel 3 days prior to frequency date via Manage Subscription in Your Account. You will not be able cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of reactivation. If the Subscribe & Save discount percentage for such Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the PriceCloser.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Warranties & Manufacturers

All items sold by PriceCloser are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service in which we will provide their contact information. We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY PriceCloser.

PriceCloser will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. PriceCloser's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
